1. Quotes & pricing

Online estimates are indicative and based on the information you provide. The final price is confirmed before the clean and may vary with the actual size and condition of the property. All prices include cleaning products and equipment.

2. Bookings

A booking is confirmed once we have agreed a date, time and price with you. Please provide clear access to the property at the agreed time.

3. Deposit-back / re-clean guarantee

For end of tenancy and move-out cleans, if your landlord or letting agent flags a cleaning issue on the check-out report, we will return and re-clean the affected areas free of charge within 72 hours of the clean, provided the property has not been occupied or altered in the meantime.

4. Cancellations

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may incur a fee to cover the reserved slot.

5. Liability

We are fully insured with public liability cover. Any concerns about the clean must be reported within 24 hours so we can put things right.

6. Payment

Payment is due on completion of the clean unless otherwise agreed in writing.
